Lonneke Versteegh-Reinders

Lonneke is the Fractional Head of People & Culture of Aiosyn. She holds a Msc. in Systems Engineering, Policy Analysis & Management from the Delft University of Technology. She is a leader and coach with over 15 years of experience in leading and building teams in different disciplines, levels and environments, from scale-up to corporates. The last few years she was part of Aidence, one of the ambitious scale-ups in the medtech industry. She has founded her own company The Leadership Boutique through which she delivers Leadership & Team coaching for start-ups & scale-ups in the tech environment. Lonneke believes in building high performance teams through diversity and complementarity in which caring is fundamental to be daring.

Lonneke enjoys playing tennis and walking in the forest and likes to spend time with family and friends on the campsite.
